Burncoose House
Brief
Burncoose House, an idyllic country retreat, recently underwent a renovation and wanted to promote their contemporary twist on an historical building with traditional style and features. They wanted to showcase the property to a wide range of customers within the venue and holiday industry.
The Plot
Through fresh and beautifully styled photography and a clean, classic brochure and a fresh logo, we worked to communicate to audiences what makes Burncoose House extraordinary.
The photography ranged from establishing shots of the interiors to a series focusing on the variety of colours and textures in the décor and furnishings.
These were then used to establish a colour palette to use in the brochure design. The primary focus of the brochure was a clean design combining simple uses of colour and ornate details, inspired by botanical paintings around the house. The brochure is dominated by photography – selling the property visually, with very little need for text.
The logo was designed to reflect the style and feel of the property whilst also communicating the merging of a classic, traditional style with modern convenience and practicality.
What happened next?
Burncose now have design, photography and marketing material that looks as good as they look and feel. They are able to attract the right quality and quantity of guest and represent their wonderful property at the standard it deserves.
