Brief
Working with Abbotts Event Hire felt like a natural fit – both companies are Cornwall-based, with core family values informing everything we do. Looking to create a unique yet instantly recognisable brand identity, alongside social media and photography needs, it was the rebranding and new website design opportunities they presented us with that really propelled the Abbotts brand forward.
The Plot
Working collaboratively, finding the voice of the brand started with designing an eye-catching, minimalistic logo. With variations in detail reflecting the large catalogue of equipment Abbotts offer, the logo was the flagship in their growing online presence; bringing in business through their social media channels and successful newsletter campaigns. Similarly, the layout of their new website emphasised navigability, helping customers to narrow down the immense selection of items according to event type and swiftly to the order screen as smoothly as possible.
What happened next?
Our contemporary reimagining was fully embraced by Abbotts, spreading across film and print campaigns over the following months. The logo design was a particular hit, being plastered straight onto company vans, as well as proudly printed across Abbotts’ new range of luxury toilets! Now, no matter what kind of event you’re attending, you’ll recognise that signature Abbotts service!
