Lusty Glaze Ibiza Sundowner 2022
Brief
We’ve been working with Lusty Glaze Beach as their creative partner for almost a decade, and their annual Sundowner Sessions are always a buzzy highlight in our project calendar.
That’s because pretty much everyone in the Idenna team gets involved at some point; right from the moment tickets go live to polishing off the final film edit from the event. Plus, it’s marketing a gig at the beach and then going to said gig to capture the vibes on the night – dreamy.
Their iconic Ibiza Club Classics event was returning in 2022. Here’s how it went…
The Plot
First up, we needed assets for the launch. Fresh graphic design using photography from the previous event, social content, digital marketing campaign and tracking, video teaser clip, website copy and press release all created and ready to go. Then the stars aligned, it was go go go to get those assets out into the world, and the ticket sales started firing.
In the lead-up to the event, we monitored progress and thought ‘what else?’ Cue ticket giveaways, influencer collabs, radio interviews, and thumb-stopping social content featuring imagery to give people the ultimate FOMO.
The date was nearing and it was time to think about film and photography on the night itself. In terms of the visuals, there is a lot of trust involved in our Sundowner Session shoots because we’ve been capturing them for so long – when it comes to the brief, it’s normally just “show everyone having a good time and give people the ‘I wants’ for the next one!” so the freedom really gives our film team a chance to shine.
What happened next?
Mission accomplished all round: the event was a sell-out months in advance, we took a whole heap of new iconic imagery that showed off both the vibe and the venue, and we captured our favourite Sundowner Session film to date. Does it give you the ‘I wants’? Take a look at the video and tell us…
