Following an initial meeting to discuss our aims and audience, Idenna's graphics team offered a range of logo designs and mock-ups of marketing materials as starting points. With follow-up meetings to discuss and provide feedback, these ideas were refined into a fantastic final design with a very professional approach.

This work set the basis for the overall re-brand, which included a new website and a large range of physical and online material - all designed and built by Idenna’s graphic and web designers. They arranged the website hosting, and, on completion, handed it over with training to a staff member at the College who manages and updates the site. Idenna are always on hand if we need any guidance whether that be creative or technological solutions. The final result was one which captured the imagination and was truly innovative and inspiring.

The highly individual, mature and coherent brand identity sets us aside from other providers in the area. Feedback from our Governors, staff, students and community has been relay positive with us now reaching a much wider and more diverse audience.

Following an initial meeting to discuss our aims and audience, Idenna's graphics team offered a range of logo designs and mock-ups of marketing materials as starting points. With follow-up meetings to discuss and provide feedback, these ideas were refined into a fantastic final design with a very professional approach.

We worked with Idenna on a marketing campaign throughout the summer to raise our brand awareness and have a real community impact throughout the holidays. Raising physical footfall was our main target from this campaign - and we certainly did that!

The main component for me was the communication; being constantly kept in the loop and being able to work together seamlessly. Working with the team at Idenna was a complete pleasure; they kept us well informed with regular communications, we brainstormed ideas, had many site visits with lots of laughter and the whole team were very passionate.

In addition to the day-to-day activities of creating social media content, developing marketing collateral and revising the website, more strategic work was undertaken including market research and the development of a more customer-focused proposition and evolution for the brand. In doing this, a clear direction was established for the development of the brand and proposition which included challenger executions and the positioning as Cornwall’s Broadband.
