Unlocking Potential
Brief
Unlocking Potential (UP) is a social enterprise project that connects graduates and businesses in Cornwall and the South West. In 2017, they felt that the design and functionality of their existing website needed updating, with clearer messaging of UP’s branding, services and events along with improved site navigation.
The Plot
Working with copy and content provided by UP, we developed a website which tells their story in a more compelling way, utilising refreshing and visually arresting design, which is better aligned with the enterprise’s existing branding. Over the course of the design process, our web developers worked with UP to ensure that the new site restructured key information, and adjusted the share of voice to better reflect the different types of users that UP work with.
What happened next?
Our design received incredibly positive feedback from UP, who have a responsive, mobile-friendly site that they can manage and update themselves. Streamlining UP’s core messages and communications; the site is easier to navigate and is better integrated with UP’s social media channels and email newsletter.
